The first step on the road to success with personal training is consultation and planning. Because everybody's body is different, we need to tailor our work to you in order to get the best possible results. With that in mind, we will spend some time together working out what works for you.
From discussing your fitness goals to how and where you feel most comfortable training, everything we do will be based on you and your needs. This allows us to make great progress when training begins. Let's use this time to get motivated!
PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
Whether you prefer the focus of a one-on-one training session, or thrive on the motivation that comes from training with a friend or family member, your personal training session are all about getting the best results for your effort and commitment.
I'll keep things fresh and interesting with a range of activities that can include cardio, weights, bodyweight exercise, resistance exercises and more. If you want to focus on a specific area or muscle group, we can do that.
If required I can even offer some advice on diet and nutrition, but this is based solely on my personal experience - if you want more expert advice, please contact a nutritionist or dietician.
If you're an athlete or sportsperson, you already know how to keep in shape! That said, it's often helpful to get a little extra help from time to time, and Illiryian PT Power is here to provide just that.
I can work with you on footwork, co-ordination, explosive training (plyometrics), bodyweight training (calisthenics) and more, with our sessions together aimed at helping you reach your peak performance. Your potential is huge, and you can really make the most of it with a little help from a personal trainer!
